We use state-of-the-art infrared camera to find problems that aren’t always apparent to the naked eye.  With our infrared training and experience, we can detect missing insulation, locate water leaks, and uncover dangerous hot spots in the electrical system.

Wood-Destroying Organism Inspection

Termite Inspection and Clearance Letter

Termites and other pests can cause serious damage to the wooden components of a house. These destructive organisms can hide and go undetected for years. Our Trained and Licensed professionals will search for termite entry points, signs of pest activity and areas of high susceptibility. We then develop a custom Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) Report including State Termite Letter for use in your mortgage qualification process

Radon Inspection

This colorless, odorless gas is second only to smoking as a cause of lung cancer. Are you being exposed to radon? Where does it come from? And how can you avoid it?

Indoor Air Quality (Mold) Testing

Mold in a home can cause health issues like allergies, infections and respiratory problems. If there are signs of mold growth in your home, the only way to know for sure that it is mold is to have it tested. Air samples are the most effective way to test for mold. The results from these tests will tell you the different types of mold that are present and their levels. This and a comparison to the outside air aid us in determining if the air you breathe is healthy or not.

Repair Estimate Report

Our Repair Estimate Report uses our comments and recommendations from your inspection to create an itemized repair cost estimate. You can then use it to budget for repairs or negotiate with the seller. Saving you valuable days in dealing with Roofers, Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC Techs and Carpenters during your very short due diligence period!
